The 14 Games is a personality diagnostic. The quiz is free. You can buy digital reports that explain your result in depth, delivered electronically as described below.

The Service is for personal insight and education. It is not psychological, medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Your result and report are interpretations based on your answers, not clinical findings.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.

Reports are sold in three tiers. A single domain report ($19), a five-domain bundle ($49), and a premium report ($79). Prices are in US dollars and may change, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, receipts, and any applicable taxes. We never see or store your card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

After purchase we email you a secure link to your report. Access links refresh every 7 days, and you can request a fresh one at any time. You are responsible for giving a correct email address and for keeping your access link private.

Every tier comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a report does not land for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Full details are in our Refund Policy and on our Guarantee page.

Your report is digital content delivered immediately. By buying and accessing it right away, you ask us to begin delivery at once and you accept that you lose the statutory right to cancel once access has begun. This does not affect the voluntary 14-day refund above, which we honor regardless.

When you buy a report, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to read and use it for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the report or its access link, and you may not use the Service to build a competing product or to scrape or copy our content.

The Service, including the 14 Games framework, the archetype names, the report content, the quiz, and the site design, is owned by The 14 Games and protected by intellectual property law. Your purchase grants access, not ownership.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Your result and report are generated from your answers and a personality model. They are interpretations, not facts about you, and we do not guarantee any particular accuracy, outcome, or result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service or a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update the Service or these terms. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory law of your country of residence, which these terms do not affect.
