What if I've already read the report?

You still get the refund. We don't track how much of the report you've viewed, and we don't use that as a reason to decline. The guarantee is unconditional.

How long until the money is back in my account?

We process refunds within 2 business days of your email. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to show the credit. If it hasn't appeared after 10 business days, email us again and we'll chase it.
