Refund Policy

What is covered

Every report is covered by a full refund for 14 days from the date of purchase. This applies to all three tiers. The single domain report ($19), the five-domain bundle ($49), and the premium report ($79).

The guarantee is unconditional. You do not need to justify the request, and you still qualify even if you have already opened or read the report. We do not track how much of it you viewed and we do not use that to decline a refund.


How to request a refund

Email with your order number or the email address you used at checkout. That is it. No form, no ticket system, no reason required.


How long it takes

We process refunds within 2 business days of your email. The refund is issued back to your original payment method through our payment provider. Your bank or card provider may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the credit. If it has not appeared after 10 business days, email us again and we will chase it.
