Privacy Policy

The 14 Games (“we,” “us”) is a personality diagnostic. You take a quiz, we tell you which of the 14 Games fits your personality, and you can buy a detailed report. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and who else touches it.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

Email address. You enter it at checkout through LemonSqueezy, or optionally on your free result page to receive your PDF.

Quiz answers. The choices you make during the diagnostic quiz.

Information generated when you use the site

Purchase records. Your wiring result, the report tier you bought, which life domains you selected, and timestamps.

Mini-quiz results. Your persona and shadow assignments from the shorter quizzes inside the paid report flow.

Standard analytics. Page views, device type, browser, approximate location, and similar data collected through Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 uses cookies to do this.

What we do not collect

Credit card or payment card details. LemonSqueezy handles all payment processing. We never see your card number. We do not use social login or OAuth. We do not create user accounts. We do not set cookies beyond what GA4 requires.

2. How we use it

Deliver your results. Your quiz answers generate your wiring result and your report.

Send your report. Your email address lets us send your PDF and, if you opted in, a short email series over seven days.

Process payments. Purchase records let us verify what you bought and fulfill your order.

Improve the product. Aggregate, de-identified analytics help us understand how people use the site.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not train AI models on your quiz answers.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with processors that do specific jobs for us. No one else gets it.

LemonSqueezy handles payment processing and checkout. Resend handles transactional email delivery. Supabase hosts our database (purchase records, quiz results, tokens). Cloudflare R2 hosts PDF reports. Vercel hosts the website. Google Analytics 4 provides web analytics.

4. How long we keep it

Quiz answers and results are kept as long as needed to deliver and support your report. If you request deletion, we delete them within 30 days.

Purchase records are kept for up to 7 years for accounting and tax compliance.

Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, whichever comes first. Transactional records (proof we sent your report) may be retained for up to 2 years.

Analytics data is controlled by GA4's retention settings. We use the default 14-month retention period.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to see your data, delete your data, export your data, or correct your data. These rights apply regardless of where you live. If you are in the EU or UK, they are guaranteed under GDPR. If you are in California, they are guaranteed under the CCPA.

To make a request, email with the subject line “Privacy request.” We will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

The 14 Games is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the site, contact us and we will delete their data.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify you by email if we have your address.
